We are new residents of Royal Bay, and purchased a beautiful home through GableCraft Homes…. the sales team were patient and encouraging, especially Tanya, who had always gone the extra mile, to research our information requests, and send us as much information as quickly as possible (homes/lots were starting to sell quickly and competitively).  Tanya encouraged us that “the right house would come along,” and we really appreciated her kindness and dedication.

Buying in the Royal Bay development was an excellent choice. Our home has lovely finishes and the location is perfect. We love the community and often take our son down to the beach! I highly recommend GableCraft to anyone looking to buy a home. The management team - Wayne, Andrew, and Perry have been extremely attentive. Our home has quality craftsmanship and the layout is perfect for our family.
