We follow up with 3 months and 1 year walk through to make sure your home is exceeding your expectations.

Virtuo is a free move-in concierge service that makes your move as easy as possible. We know moving can be stressful and that’s why every single GableCraft homeowner is automatically enrolled in our smooth move program to give you complimentary access to must-have move-in services. From finding you the best movers, to assisting with transferring utilities, our partnership with Virtuo ensures every possession day is a great one.

Maintenance

We have experienced unusual weather conditions recently with the amount of snowfall and combination with high winds. This weather event may have resulted in snow entering attic spaces through roof vents in some homes.  We know how this situation can be stressful. Here are the maintenance measures that we encourage you to take as soon as possible to mitigate damage.

  1. Inspection of attic for any accumulation of snow/moisture and prompt removal of any snow accumulation
  2. Drying out attic space using a dehumidifier

GableCraft Homes uses industry standard roof vents for the local climate and installs them in accordance with manufacturer recommendations. The New Home Warranty Program does not provide coverage if vents have been installed in accordance with manufacturer guidelines. Please review the Homeowner Care Maintenance Manual.
